1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take 1–2 additional business days.

You will receive an order confirmation via Email/SMS once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Coverage

WOMZON delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

🌍 International Shipping

WOMZON ships worldwide.

  • International shipping charges are not calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Shipping cost depends on destination country, parcel weight, and courier rates.
  • Customers must contact us on WhatsApp to get international shipping charges before placing the order.

3. Delivery Time

Pakistan Delivery Time (after dispatch)

Estimated delivery for all cities:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, logistics, or customs delays.

4. Shipping Charges (Pakistan)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Typical charges:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR [5000]

Free shipping promotions may be offered during campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email
  • Orders can be tracked through the courier website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pakistan Only

WOMZON offers Cash on Delivery nationwide.

Important notes:

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
  • Orders may be confirmed via call or SMS before dispatch.
  • WOMZON reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Phone not reachable
  • Customer unavailable

The parcel may be returned and future COD orders may be restricted.

8. Delays & Unexpected Issues

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Political situations or strikes
  • Courier operational issues
  • Customs clearance (international orders)
  • High seasonal demand

WOMZON will always try to keep customers informed.

9. Damaged, Opened or Missing Items

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of package and product
